(databases pending deletion may be counted as still being part of the storage group and my therefore block deletions)

General warning: Don't run the command ALTER DATABASE...RENAME TO on the modify page or elsewhere. It should be blocked due to limited permissions, but such a manual rename would glitch the system because it would no longer find the database (it will look for a database with the old name).
